Serviced Office Facilities

Services provided for in the Lease are: Reception and Telephone Message Service, Mail distribution, Light, Power, Air-conditioning, Weekly Clean, Carpet cleaning, Rates, Taxes, Building Insurance, 5 hours per month free use of Meeting Room. Full use of kitchen facilities including free tea and coffee and Cold Filtered Water. Under-cover car parking if required can be provided.

Illuminated Highway Signage is available at a rental cost of $38.50 per calendar month however you will be responsible for the cost of and erection of the sign itself. Alternately at a minimal one off cost highway signage can be provided on the external directory board. Signage on internal directory is included in monthly licence fee.

The only outgoings that are your own responsibility are the connection of additional telephone points to offices if those currently provided are insufficient. It is also your responsibility to connect telephone exchange and ADSL lines. it usually takes 5 working days for Telstra to connect these. The cost of this is charged direct to your Telstra account at the end of the month by Telstra. Telstra bring the exchange line to a Telstra box external of the building and then you can have Telstra to connect it to your suite. We do however suggest you use our preferred communication supplier who is more competitive and will provide you with a quote prior to proceeding.

On a user pays principle, there is a Central Secretariat in the centre that provides a complete range of Secretarial Services, photocopying, laminating, binding, faxing etc. It also provides a very competitive service for the design and printing of business cards, letterheads and other promotional material.
