For interstate visitors it is approximately 10 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport and is well positioned for tenants and their clients from Northern New South Wales through to Southport and beyond. It is also a matter of minutes to the Pacific Highway via Cottesloe Street and Robina Parkway and then onto Brisbane. It is on a bus route for those who do not have transport, and has adequate street parking for visitors.
